The design of this villa presented us with a challenge, which we only faced at the sustainable insistence of the client. The basement, neoclassical villa is designed for three generations and three dogs. Central on the ground floor is after the foyer the grand piano of the youngest resident. A semicircular staircase connects the three floors, in addition, there is an elevator and a second escape route. To the right of the foyer are the kitchen, dining room, and family living room; on the left is the guest living room, toilet, and cloakroom.
Upstairs above the family living room is the grandmother's bathroom, north of the bedroom and south of the living room. The other side of the axle contains two children's rooms and two bathrooms. The attic offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with terraces facing the garden. Framed by 38 Doric columns and spacious terraces, slender window profiles, and glazed corner windows allow a view of the garden and at the same time orient themselves to historical models.
