The concept combines the expansion of the indoor swimming pool with the new student residence, thereby creating a diverse place for sports, everyday life, and community. The different uses ar developed into a coherent ensemble characterized by clearly defined building volumes and open spaces. Alongside functional organization, particular emphasis is placed on integration, into the surroundings of the Höttinger Au and the creation of high-quality public spaces.
